Eddie Tucker Endorses LaRouche for President

I am the chairman, Talladega County Democratic Conference of the ADC, and a City Councilman. I am supporting pre-Presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche for the Democratic Party nomination for President of the United States. Centralist candidates cannot and will not effect the bold and sweeping measures needed to save our nation in the financial crisis our nation is faced with. If they could and would try bold sweeping measures, they would not get the support from the DNC (Democratic National Committee). I respectfully request and advocate that you support him as well. Some of you may be delegates to the national convention, others may give financial support, and still all of us can vote for him in the State primary. According to the FEC, Mr. LaRouche has more itemized contributions than any other Democratic Presidential candidate, including Kerry.

I support Mr. LaRouche because no other candidate including President Bush has any idea of how to fix the worst financial crisis since the "Great Depression." The worst crisis since the Depression is manifested by continuous record job losses and outsourcing of jobs, the record budget and trade deficit, record individual and business bankruptciesalmost every state in the Union is bankruptthe financial collapse of our financial institutions all over the world, corporate misuse and abuse, skyrocketing gas and oil prices, the demise of the middle class in America, and the erosion of our great infrastructure in our cities and counties. The solution to this crisis can only be solved by someone who is a world-class economist, visionary, and courageous leader, historian, statesman, and an independent and outside-the-box thinker.

Mr. LaRouche has a plan for the short- and long-term recovery from the financial collapse, which he calls the New Bretton Woods conceptwhich has already been tested and found very effective during the days when President Franklin D. Roosevelt used these same methods to lead us out of the Great Depression. He [LaRouche] would forgive all debts, create 10 million new jobs through rebuilding our infrastructure, as President Roosevelt did by creating such agencies as the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), Works Progresss Administration (WPA), etc.

No other candidate is courageous enough to stand up to the banks and the global financial institutions to correct and reclaim our fiscal recovery and sovereignty from this disintegrating or collapsing financial system. His record on civil rights is impeccable, and [on] human rights it is immaculate. Perhaps the best civil rights ideas [LaRouche has] include high-wage jobs for all, education for all, and equal opportunity in housing, banking, and business. His plan to save Africa via the Euro-Asian-Africa Land-Bridge is nothing short of pure genius. It would connect Africa with Europe and Asia, which would enhance trade and prosperity, ensuring the survival of Africa, the motherland of all humankind.
