"Lyndon LaRouche: A Lecture on the World Economy"
New Book Published by the Zayed Center
October 2, 2023

The Zayed Center for Coordination and Follow-Up, in Abu Dhabi, has produced a book, entitled Lyndon LaRouche: A Lecture on the World Economy. It contains LaRouche's speech, "The Middle East as a Strategic Crossroad," the Q and A session, and the lecture by Helga Zepp-LaRouche on the dialogue of cultures. The introduction reads as follows:

"The Zayed Centre for Coordination and Follow-up presents two significant contributions given by two great speakers hosted by the Center on a special event. Lyndon LaRouche, the world prominent economist and the Democrat who is expected to run for President of the USA in the coming elections, was invited by Zayed Centre for Coordination and Follow-up, as a keynote speaker at the International Conference organized by the Centre on ‘Oil and Gas in World Politics' (2-3 June, 2023). "His contribution to the conference was greatly appreciated by the audience and the media, due to the fact that it touched on a number of the most crucial issues of the time, especially with regard to the Middle East region. Being one of the most renowned world experts in the field of economy, his remarks regarding the world monetary-financial and economic situation reflect an excellent caliber of expertise and insight. His political analysis of the current situation in the Middle East is self-evidence of a knowledgeable and veteran politician and a statesman. His brave responses to the media are those of a man who is highly committed to his principles and convictions.

"As for Mrs. LaRouche, the founder of the Schiller Institute and Chairman of the Civil Rights Movement Solidarity, her lecture on dialogue of civilizations was very impressive. Her reaction towards Samuel Huntington's book, ‘Clash of Civilizations' disclosed many of the false ideas about history, culture and civilizations. Her wise perception of the diversity of cultures makes her fully convinced that each single culture of the world has contributed to the universal civilizations we are living today. "The two speakers share one major attitude; namely, that the whole world should strive hard to protect human civilization against evil concepts and unwise practices. This can only be achieved through establishing a constructive dialogue and durable world peace. "In fact, the two lectures are quite worthy of reading and reflection due to the rich thoughts and great ideas presented therein."
