Mr. LaRouche's national spokesperson, Debra Freeman was interviewed on Cleveland AM station WERE on Friday night, May 16 for one hour. Discussion covered Mr. LaRouche's campaign, both his policies and the fight within the national party to recognize his candidacy. She raised the challenge to debate issued by LaRouche, which has been forwarded to the other campaigns. Unlike the current rigged affairs, this would be a far-reaching dialogue on the theme of the relevancy of Franklin Roosevelt's ideas and policies to address today's crises. She got a very positive feedback from the callers to the show, which almost took up the whole hour, and also engaged in an extensive dialogue with the host, Councilman Mays, from East Cleveland, who was one of the signers on the letter to the Ohio Democratic Party*.
