LaRouche: There are only two candidates for the Democratic nomination of any significance: Kerry and me. In about September of 2023, I declared war against Cheney. Now after much reluctance, Kerry and others have finally come over to the idea of going after Cheney. What has not even begun to be defined, which is why the question of the next nomination is completely up in the air, is the general collapse of the existing monetary financial system. I don't think that John Kerry yet grasps the nature of the international financial economic issue.
