To Address America's College Campuses

The LaRouche in 2004 Presidential campaign committee of Lyndon LaRouche released this statement on April 11th.

Lyndon LaRouche's Presidential campaign committee has announced that LaRouche will conduct a live webcast with participants from college campuses across the United States on Thursday, April 24 at 2pm (EDT). The webcast will be broadcast live from the Democratic Presidential candidate's website (www.larouchein2004.com).

Despite the continuing effort, by those same fanatics who are pushing the United States toward world war, to deny the American people access to what LaRouche is saying, Lyndon LaRouche's voice is currently hitting the radio airwaves of the nation's capital during drive-time radio. In one of those ads, LaRouche tells the American people:

"Nothing is going to be accomplished in net effect to the advantage of humanity by this war, and we don't know where it is going to go. It's not an Iraq war. It is something which will tend to spread in other parts of the world.

"The problem here is that we have a bunch in Washington, which is crazy. We call them the "Chicken-hawks." They are called the Chicken-hawks because often they avoided military service in Vietnam ...and they are now out there telling other people to go off into something like a Vietnam War....

"These people are centered around Dick Cheney, the Vice President, who is extremely fanatical and dangerous, and of course, also includes Donald Rumsfeld."

LaRouche's campaign committee is also printing hundreds of thousands of pamphlets, laying bare how the Chicken-hawks running the Iraq war are the "Children of Satan" whose ideology is the product of the Hobbesian imperialist teachings of the thoroughly fascist, raving mad Nietzschean philosopher Leo Strauss. LaRouche has stressed that until the stranglehold of these Straussian lunatics over the Bush Administration is broken, the world will be facing a series of provocations and confrontations, spreading throughout the Middle East and beyond, that will ultimately take us into world war.

Increasingly, truth brigades deployed by Lyndon LaRouche's Youth Movement are tearing the cover off the propaganda and lies promulgated by these Chicken-hawks, disrupting their imperial "endless war" strategy. On April 24, America's student leaders and journalists will have a unique opportunity to conduct a dialogue with the man who embodies the alternative toward which the United States must look, to replace the current prevalent Nietzschean delusions of "the will to power" that are driving us to World War.
